Get a $250 Rebate on the purchase of one (1) new Kimber 2K11 Independence pistol purchased from an authorized Kimber dealer in the United States and upon satisfaction of all program terms and conditions. Proof of purchase must be dated 4/1/2026 – 7/4/2026. Only receipts indicating valid purchases within those dates will be accepted. Used or refurbished firearms, private party transactions, law enforcement trade-ins, and purchases made outside of the United States are not eligible.

Consumers must submit a completed rebate form along with a legible copy of the original sales receipt clearly showing dealer name, purchase date, model purchased, and purchase price. Consumers must also provide the serial number of the qualifying firearm. For online orders, submissions must be accompanied by the packing slip and the shipped package to show amount paid and delivery confirmation. Email confirmations do not constitute proof of payment. Consumers choosing to elect ACH transfer for rebate funds must provide all necessary information and satisfy all financial institution requirements for ACH transfer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consumer assumes all risk associated with ACH funds transfer.

Rebate requests must be received by 11:59pm (Central Time) on 7/15/2026. Limit one (1) rebate per qualifying firearm. Maximum one (1) rebate per household address. Consumer rebate only. Dealer, wholesaler, distributor, retailer, club, group, or organization submissions are void and will not be honored.

Allow 4–6 weeks after claim approval for rebate fulfillment. Rebate will be issued in the form of an ACH transfer or check.

Kimber and Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc. reserve the right to verify submissions and reject any claims that are fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, altered, or not in compliance with these terms. Kimber and Arrowhead are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected submissions.

All rebate requests and supporting materials become the property of Kimber and will not be returned. This offer is non-transferable. Consumer is responsible for all applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law. This firearm is not eligible for purchase by the general public in California, Massachusetts, or certain other states or municipalities that restrict the capacity of firearm magazines except under circumstances where an applicable exemption applies. By submitting a rebate claim, consumer represents and warrants a lawful firearm purchase occurred.

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY REFLECTS A DELIBERATE AND BARGAINED-FOR ALLOCATION OF RISKS BETWEEN KIMBER AND THE PERSON TRANSACTING WITH KIMBER PURSUANT TO THIS REBATE AND CONSTITUTES THE BASIS OF THE PARTIES' BARGAIN, WITHOUT WHICH KIMBER WOULD NOT HAVE AGREED TO THE PROGRAM TERMS. KIMBER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF THE GOODS, OR DOWN-TIME COSTS, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE.
